Abstract

These drawings are visceral diary entries capturing my physical and emotional states during the waitlist period with debilitating lung failure. Meditations on what receiving the transplant might be like, fantasy if you will, carrying all the way through the realities and realizations of recovery and post-transplant life. Some of these drawings were made in real time during the hospitalizations.
